Seminar in Guidance and Counselling  Education Subject MY REFLECTION My reaction during the seminar is that in the first speaker, I have more knowledge that I learned regarding their discussion about the five principles of knowing oneself because of the first and for most that knowing our self is important to our daily lives it because knowing our self is a journey. It is about knowing yourself as a human being, the real you. The journey is unpredictable and engages you deeply as it brings us face to face with your deepest fears, self-doubts and vulnerability and insecurities. On the journey, you question how you are living your life are whether or not it is in alignment with your highest purpose. And you don’t know your highest purpose, allow yourself to live in that space of not knowing.
